TBY offer a comprehensive holistic health management based on eastern medicine, herbalism, ancient and modern science.
YOGA CLASSES
Yoga Classes are at The Balanced Yoga Private Studio and on-line
Yoga Therapy for healthy back: postural yoga and has a strong focus on alignment, mobility and strength. Props like chair, Block and bolster (or folded blanket) are recommended for those joining online.
Oriental Fusion Yoga: This class combine bellydance basic rhythmic movements with Yoga practices.
Equipment for online yoga:
Non-Slip Yoga Mat, Chair, Bolster or firm pillows, Folded towels, blocks (2 inverted cooking pans same size or books/bricks), Belt or scarf.

QIGONG
Qigong is rooted on principles used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, foundational concept of Qì 气, to Yīn 阴 and Yáng 阳, the meridians and the Chinese Five Elements/Phases (Wuxin 五行): Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water.
Qigong practice is done standing or seated and can be practice anywhere. Gentle slow, circular, repetitive movements, it is the foundation of all Chinese martial arts, cultivating focus, balance and find the quiet within.
Qigong practice provides strengthening, regeneration and restoration to the five major organs: Lungs, Liver, Kidneys, Stomach/Spleen, and it is considered both preventive and curative in application.
Winter-Spring Class recording
Winter is dominated by the water element. Spring is also time for detoxification, bringing attention to meridians that regulates in particular kidney and adrenals functions.
We will practice forms that are particularly beneficial for this time of the year.
Online Course to download: -Yi Jin Jing (易筋经)is a health preserving qigong practice. Yi means change, Jin means bones and muscles, Jing means method.
According to legend it was developed by the Indian Buddhist monk Bodhidharma who lived in the Songshan Mountains (middle China) around 526 AD and he is the originator of Shaolin martial arts tradition.

BELLYDANCE
Discover the art of feminine expression through belly dance, body movement at the sound of traditional Arabic music and drums. Our classes focus on rhythmic fluidity, body positivity, and self-confidence. Enhance your flexibility, posture, and core strength while dancing from your heart.
